Our Reflux Story
I am the lucky mother to a baby girl, known as Peach. Arriving early & at home, she has been quite the firecracker ever since, teaching me more than I ever thought possible. It's been a rollercoaster, for sure. Motherhood truly is an intense learning curve when you experience it in person!
Our story wasn't simple, despite me knowing plenty about little ones. Breastfeeding took time, patience & perseverance. She had signs of a tongue tie, we had difficulties with latching, a lot of tension in her little body from being all squashed up in my tummy then pushed out to this bright & strange world. The silent reflux, fussiness, screaming in her sleep, arching her back, refusing the bottle all soon followed & it was A LOT.
Parenting is not for the faint hearted!
We've been fortunate that I could pull on the knowledge I have of the human body, but also the many wonderful professionals I have met in the mother & baby world for support. I am forever grateful to them for helping us get our little girl back to a happy, healthy, REFLUX FREE baby.
It didn't happen overnight, of course. It took multiple appointments with different providers & a lot of hard work at home for me & my husband, but we saw the results when we started to address the root cause. That is why now, more than ever, I want to help parents like you be free from the struggles of reflux & colic for good.

What do I do?
When I was an osteopath, I worked with many mums-to-be for their aches & pains during pregnancy. They frequently came back when they or their new baby needed my help. I LOVED this part of my job, supporting not one, but two or more members of a newly growing family, giving me the opportunity to create a happier home for them all.
My role as an infant reflux specialist is to help you:

I am here to provide knowledge & guidance on how to improve symptoms. I am committed to working with you to find the best solutions to bring comfort & joy to both your baby, & your family.
So many parents are advocating for their child's health, knowing deep down that something doesn't seem right despite being told by many different medical professionals 'there's nothing wrong'.
This is where my expertise comes in. I want to change & challenge the idea that reflux is normal, that "babies cry a lot" is normal. It simply isn't!
